Four junior class soccer schools received the contribution of the Yammine Foundation this week, which will allow them to continue with their sports labor.
The contribution was made thanks to the partnership between the Yammine Foundation and the Más Deportes Menos Violencia Foundation and consisted of 16 soccer balls for the Juan Arango’s Caricuao School, Eternal Life of Caño Amarillo, Santa Rosa on el 23 de enero parrish (all three in Caracas) and the Cracks of Maracay, Aragua state. Approximately 320 children were benefited with the contribution.
“Fundación Yammine, as always, bets on the future. We are very satisfied with the partnership with the Más Deportes Menos Violencia Foundation, which connects and works with the soccer junior base in Venezuela, “said Yammine Foundation spokesperson Sarkis Yammine.
He expressed that “we are pleased to offer our support and contribute with sports instruments to the soccer training of these children”.
Sarkis Yammine added that the Yammine Foundation seeks lasting alliances to “maintain long-term projects, where the fruits of contributions can be seen.”
The Foundation is part of the Yammine Group and its directors include Sarkis Mohsen Yammine Leunkara, Sarkis Yammine, Antonio Jose Yammine Saade, Antonio Yammine, Mohsen Yammine Saade and Mohsen Yammine.
Gabriel De Farías, coordinator of the Más Deportes Menos Violencia Foundation, said that this alliance is of the utmost importance to meet the objectives of that organization.
“We were able to get their support for the celebration of our second anniversary, the donation of soccer balls to the schools, since they are very low-income schools. Thanks to the support of the Foundation, these schools will be able to continue their work “said De Farías.
He explained that he is currently fine-tuning various programs that plans to develop with the Yammine Foundation “to contribute to making Venezuela a better country through sports.”
